How long will my appointment last?
Your first visit will last approximately an hour. Each follow up visit after that will last between half an hour and one hour.
How often do I need to come in?
Your Doctor will sometimes recommend a particular frequency of visits. This can be changed to suite your individual needs. Coming in as little or as much as is needed to meet your goals.
Who will I see when I come in?
You will be evaluated by a Licensed Physical Therapist and treated by the same Physical Therapist and Physical Therapy Assistant on every subsequent visit.
What should I wear for my appointment?
Loose fitting clothing that allows easy access to the body part that we will be treating is best. We do have gowns, tops and shorts if needed. Your privacy and comfort is important to us.
Will my chart be shared with other people?
NO. Your records are only shared with your Doctor, your insurance company (for billing) and you. We do not release records to anyone else without your written permission. Privacy of your medical information is a top priority for us. We regularly shred unnecessary documents and take steps to protect your information in our office.
Will my insurance pay for my rehabilitation?
Each insurance company pays at a different level. The amount of coverage you have will vary from plan to plan. Please call your insurance company or contact Trish with any questions that you may have.

Yes. We are preferred with the vast majority of insurance companies. Give us a call or call your insurance company to make sure.
